Amazing Stay! Totally Recommended!

The breakfast buffet was very nice! It had a delicious spread of food with fresh juices, and I enjoyed it very much. My room was great on the executive floor. I used the 24-hour coffee machine. The hotel's proximity to a shopping mall was super convenient for shopping. I loved it!
The hotel needs to address the issue with the heating system, as it did not function correctly upon arrival. After a day and with an electric heater, they fixed this problem.

The breakfast had great variety. A barista made coffee. The super nice team. The room had a fridge. It was modern and clean. We had access to snacks and drinks from 4-8 pm, awesome.
The room had poor wifi. I requested many times to change the room. The reception did not move me. This service was bad at the reception.

i find the hotel clean. the friendly staff helped me with my luggage and directions. i liked how close it was to transport options, like trams and metro. the breakfast provides variety of food options.
the carpet had a strange, choking smell i not like. it was like damp and old. they must change it. perfume help a little to hide the odor.

the room was very quiet. the room has comfy pillows and also big beds. the view from the seventh floor allows for city views. a super clean clean room also added to the comfort.

the hotel is in a pleasant area. there is also a lidl supermarket near. the andel metro is very close. the hotel is near tram stations, so access to the city center is simple.

The staff were helpful and polite. I appreciated this.
The room was not sufficiently heated and adjustments did not seem to change this at all. the breakfast area was overcrowded, and food items were frequently not refilled. This made it difficult to have a relaxed meal.

The breakfast was so good, it had very kind and friendly service. I really appreciate variety in breakfast. Also the daily room cleaning was super! The room was spacious and super clean, every thing was ready for us.
The room was very small, there was no place to open our luggage. The curtains didn't blocked light, we waked up early every night. I had problems with heating it solved after one day with electric heater.
